The 1st CiIL Conference, which will take place on July 11, intends to present the results and impact of research projects aimed at promoting reading learning among school-age and pre-school children.
CiiL is a partnership between Polytechnic of Porto, responsible for the scientific coordination, the Porto City Council and the Ministry of Education.
This center dedicates its activity to research and intervention in the promotion of success in the initial learning of reading and writing (last year of pre-school education and in the first year of the first cycle), currently with funding 2020, in all school groups in the city of Porto, with 773 children under intervention.
