The School of Media Arts and Design (ESMAD) hosts the International Symposium on Languages, Applications and Technologies (SLATE), on 26 and 27 June.
This international meeting has more than 30 registered researchers from eight countries, as well as two internationally recognized keynote speakers: Mikel Forcada from Universitat d'Alacant, Spain, and Daniela da Cruz, Software Group Leader at Checkmarx.
SLATE addresses topics related to programming languages, focusing on three major themes: Natural Language Processing, Tools and Techniques Language Design, Compiling and Assessment Mark-up and Interchange Formats and Techniques.
