Computer Critical Systems Engineering

The CCS (Computer Critical Systems) Eng Master is designed to provide an appropriate educational foundation for prospective students who want to become experts in the area. These include either recent graduates in areas such as software engineering, electronics, and computer engineering, computer science, and related fields, but also professionals in these areas with similar qualifications.

Topics embrace the technological, human, and organizational factors associated with the development of CCS, therefore allowing an informed assessment of the expected level of safety of a CCS and identify measures to ensure higher levels of safety. The MSc also provides a deep knowledge of application areas to which CCS are of paramount importance, like automotive, avionics, Internet of Things, banking, etc.

The MSc has a strong involvement of industrial partners. Students successfully finishing the MSc are prepared both to work in the industry and pursue a research career, including a PhD.
