The Light and Sound areas are the protagonists of the materialization of lighting and sound concepts oriented to the various performing arts. In addition to theatre, this course enables contact with different types of performance such as music, opera, and dance. The Light Designer ensures the artistic and technical quality of lighting of a show or event. He or she conceives the light design and chooses the appropriate equipment. He or she directs the assembly and operation of lighting during the show. The Sound Designer ensures the artistic and technical quality of the sound of a show or event. He or she conceives the sound design and chooses the appropriate equipment. He or she directs the assembly of the equipment and its operation during the show.
