The Higher Professional in Marketing and Digital Commerce Management is someone who plans, organizes, coordinates and controls the different activities that make up the marketing and sales operations, carried out through traditional and digital channels.

Specifically, a graduate of this course will be able to develop the following activities:

1) To Collect and process information necessary for the forecast and planning of commercial activities;

2) To Collaborate in the management, planning and implementation of marketing policies in the organization;

3) To Manage results-oriented sales teams;

4) To Help design and plan an information system to support management and digital commerce;

5) To Plan, organize and control work teams and evaluate reports on different situations;

6) To Know and apply sales and negotiation techniques, according to the organization's management objectives.
