Currently, there is an increase in construction activity, driven by the rehabilitation of buildings, which implies the need for specialized labor. Like the rest of the Portuguese business fabric, the construction industry is based on small and medium-sized companies, which is why there is a need for technical support through an in-house professional with versatile knowledge, skills and attitudes in the various technical areas of construction. Thus, the future graduate of the Higher Professional Technical Course in Supervision Techniques in Construction will be the qualified professional who, taking into account the specifications of the project, will be responsible for monitoring all the works of the work, from initial planning and preparation to the completion stage.
