Over the last few years, the Portuguese IES have been able to maintain high quality working standards and have, with a great sense of responsibility, been following best practices in the international context with a view to achieving better levels of effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
With this project the consortium aims to define advanced and useful community ICT services that, by exploiting the benefits of interoperability of the Open Standards and cloud computing, help to relaunch a development strategy based on modernization and cost rationalization in the context of Higher Education. These services will be defined and designed ensuring a desirable reuse by other IES and other AP entities, preferably made available via mobile devices and enhancing the Public Administration interoperability platform (PI).
