The SAMA Project aims to develop a Computer Platform for the APNOR (Associação de Politécnicos do Norte- Northern Polytechnic Association), which includes the Polytechnic Institute of Porto (IPP), the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB), the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo (IPVC) and the Cávado and Ave Polytechnic Institute (IPCA). Such platform incorporates the APNOR Portal and the Interoperability Platform. The APNOR Portal will consist of the following areas: institutional information area and services area. Academic and teaching information, service and social work information, e-learning, document management, graduate observatory and customer relationship management should be maintained. It will be used the Framework provided by the Agency for Administrative Modernization, as Common Services Framework and it will develop some features that encourage the use of citizen card. This project will be tested under the APNOR Masters Courses.
