Hotel Management

Apart from developing interpersonal, organisational and coordination skills, flexibility and adaptability, critical thinking, autonomy and ethical responsibility, the Course aims at providing students with communicational and linguistic competences and a deep awareness of the social, economic and cultural backdrop of the world of work. Our students are provided with a solid theoretical basis, in close connection with the sector¿s best practices, so that they master hotel systems and operations to be able to integrate, coordinate and manage them.

  • Heading and Managing several sectors and/or departments in hotel and restaurant units (Restaurant Manager, F&B Manager, Accommodation Manager; Sales Manager, Assistant to the Manager, Hotel Manager).
  • Heading and Managing the accommodation division in hospitals, health care units, nursing homes, hot-spring resorts and spas.

Taking one of the following exams:

(04) Economics

(17) Mathematics for Social Sciences

(18) Portuguese Language

Minimum requirements

Application grade: 95 marks

Entrance exams: 95 marks
